Today was bittersweet , our last full day in Paros before we head off to Santorini tomorrow! We started the morning just the way we love it at our favourite little breakfast spot. By now, it honestly feels like we’re part of the community here, everyone is so warm and welcoming. I went for a fluffy omelette while Jayde had the avocado brunch, and both were absolutely delicious.

After breakfast, we decided to squeeze in a little adventure and hopped on the bus, followed by a five-minute ferry ride, across to the charming island of Antiparos. And wow… it completely stole our hearts. The streets were straight out of a postcard, lined with whitewashed houses, winding alleys, and the cutest boutiques and clothing shops. We wandered through the shops and got lost in conversations with the locals. We can’t get over how nice the Greeks are, they are the best! Of course, we couldn’t resist treating ourselves to a gelato before heading toward the beach.

We spent the afternoon at Sunset Beach which felt like our own private paradise. The water was crystal clear, the sand soft, and there were only a handful of people around! Perks of traveling in the off-season! We found a shady spot under a tree, swam in the dreamy turquoise water, and soaked up the sun.

Eventually, we made our way back to Paros and took a little break at our Airbnb before heading out for one last sunset. We found a perfect viewing spot at the top of a hill, and the evening couldn’t have been more magical. The sky shifted through shades of pink, orange, and purple, and everything felt so still and peaceful it was the perfect send-off for our time in Paros.

To wrap up the night, we grabbed dinner and sat on the beach, savoring every last moment of this island that’s made us feel so at home. Tomorrow, it’s off to Santorini but Paros will always have a special place in our hearts.
