Frustrating!

What is frustrating? Seeing all kinds of availability for COVID-19 vaccine appointments and not being able to snag one due to glitchy pharmacy apps.

After spending a couple of hours yesterday morning trying to work through the glitches, I was resigned to just wait for UCHealth to send me an invitation.

Then, while I was otherwise occupied at the dentist later in the day, Mui went to work checking for a way around the buggy apps. One phone call. Two phone calls. The third call yielded an appointment for today at OPTUM.

About an hour ago, I got the first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech shot ... my preferred one. The whole process was well-organized and moved along efficiently. Twenty minutes after the jab, I was walking out with my proof-of-vaccination card and an appointment for the second dose.
