Broad Pass

The blue skies of last night were gone when we got up around 7:00a this morning. Nonetheless, there were patches of blue to our south and some clearing to our north ... both of which gave us hope that the weather would change.

And it did ... but to snow flurries! Very light ... nothing sticking.

When we arrived at Broad Pass — described in the Milestone as one of the most beautiful sections of the Parks Highway — the mountains on the east were out ... the mountains to the west were veiled and clearly getting some snow. Behind us it was all clear and sunny.Meer informatie
