Wir hatten zwei Plätze an der „Theke“ und konnten den ganzen Abend die Küche direkt vor uns beobachten - bestaunen trifft es wohl besser.

Die haben uns 15 perfekt abgestimmt Köstlichkeiten serviert. Sie legen vie Aufmerksamkeit auf die Texture der Gerichte und das gelingt ihnen genial.

Located in the Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid, Smoked Room has its own entrance and, positioning itself as an exclusive alternative, shares its space with the restaurant Leña Madrid. The aesthetically pleasing dining area has an intimate feel and features a Japanese-style bar facing the kitchen as well as just two tables.
