Dekawan

In einem der neuen Türme in Kuala Lumpur hat sich ein bekannter Koch niedergelassen. Darren Teoh hat es mit seinem Dekawan regelmäßig unter die besten 50 Restaurants in Asien gebracht. Da mussten wir natürlich hin.

Es war gut, ganz klar vom Noma angehaucht, dort war der Koch sicherlich öfters.
