Fried PB & Banana S/W at Gladys' Diner

I had to try Gladys' famous fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches. The options were fried in bacon grease (tempting!), or butter. I chose the butter.

I'm not sure this reflects anything Gladys would have made, though it would just be "cruel" to come to Graceland and not give this a go.Read more
