Lanzarote-ish

Having visited Lanzarote before, we had a bit of a dilemma as to what we'd do today...we knew there wasn't much in port but also weren't taken with the shore excursions. Some to-ing and fro-ing later, we decided to spend the day aboard the ship. We spent a lovely hour in the pool on the back deck, overlooking the Celebrity Infinity and P&O Iona (which we're on in February and is much larger than we realised!). After lunch on the back deck, we played board games and had some drinks in the Exchange, and a nice Christmas eve meal in the main restaurant. As we departed, the three ships in port did have a rather obnoxious horn competition!

We were however subjected to not one, but two more ambulances visiting the ship, which was now daily routine!

Reading update: I read about 35% of Crucible of Chaos, and Ben decided to read Traitor Queen (Bridge Kingdom 2) and finished the day on about 20%Read more
