We left home around 14:15 and we were making good time until we hit Nowra's outskirts. The traffic was bumper to bumper to the bridge and beyond until we turned off from the main road to Jervis Bay for our lodgings for tonight.
We arrived at 18:15 and had a few issues with the front door lock when darkness was falling faster and faster.
Hubby was a trojan for driving for 4 hours without a rest despite my offers to takeover.
The lodging is clean and tidy and "homey". We had takeaway Thai for dinner and settled in for the night. I am looking forward to our long weekend and visiting Nat, Aiden and the new puppy, Frankie.Read more
