Cedar Sink Trail - Mammoth Cave NP

Hiked out to the Cedar Sink Hole through the forest. The river flows out the bottom of the high cliffs. Layers of rock take us back in time to old seabeds laid down millions of years ago. Stew rescued a tortoise which had fallen down the metal staircase.
Back at the coach a female American Goldfinch took offence at her reflection in our bedroom window.Read more
