Fort Morgan, AL

Fort Morgan is a historic masonry Pentagonal bastion fort at the mouth of Mobile Bay, Alabama, dates from 1830s. Interesting museum and walk round the fort. Then to the beach for lunch. Again white sands and lots of birds, snowy plovers along the shore, gulls, terns, brown pelicans and ospreys fishing and a blue heron that certainly was not afraid of us. Another highlight was a pod of dolphins just offshore. All along the spit of Fort Morgan there are multi-coloured beach houses on stilts.Baca lagi
