Royal botanical gardens

Pouring of rain this morning, so hummed and haaa'd about going out, but, in the end got my trusty poncho on and off I went. No bus to take me all the way, so getting off at princes st I walked the rest of the way enjoying the landscape still. I'd had to stop at the mobile shop which just happened to be right next door to St Mary's Catholic church...which I remember was where the school had their services? Macayla and James will remember.

I loved the gardens so beautifully kept and superb for a big gulp of fresh air. Rhodies aren't out just yet but the Wildflowers were wonderful. A stop at the cafe for a cuppa and I was off home again.Read more
