New baby in Dundee

What a beautiful baby boy in my arms today... Just out of the blue the baby's grandmother handed me her grandson. We had only just met so I was completely surprised.

My heart melted immediately as that wee bundle just cooried doon ... What a gift to hold this new little life, Lachlan Alexander Dawn MacGregor, only days old, for a few precious moments.

The Dundee station has had a huge revamp since I was here last. The view of Caird Hall bringing back memories of 33 years ago on my first visit, and the view of the "Discovery" also bringing back thoughts of our much younger selves. Luckily we again escaped the rain!Läs mer
