Hamantay 1

At 4am my alarm went off. A taxi picked me up from home and we went to a square where we waited for a bus. We went all the way from Cusco to the are of the Salkantay mountain (highest mountain in South America).

The drive was terrifying. We were letterly driving on the border of a cliff and everybody was so scared cause if we would fall off, we would be dead. Anyway, I did some meditation and survived haha.

Here I was with Stephanie, a German girl, Benoit, a Belgium guy and 2 girls from the USA (Portland). We had to go all the way up to the mountain, cross rivers and with the altitude, it was not easy at all.Læs mere
