Still in France 🇫🇷 Port Leucate

Awoke to the dawn chorus of the bin men this morning at 6ish. Rip van winkel was still catching a few zzzz's, so I put my dap's on and headed out to pound the pavement. Had a run along the river and over a footbridge to the other side and turned around to find a spectacular view of the town... unfortunately I forgot my camera.,.but words paint a thousand pictures. It is an old Roman town with an Ampetheatre, aqueduct, a couple of castles, and Cathedral thrown in for good luck. I woke my princess with a coffee again, and then we went for breakfast in the town before departing. We have a lovely little hotel room overlooking the harbour...defo last stop in France.Lue lisää
