Sun's out guns out

Up with the sun and a lovely run along the beach. The ladies were out walking their dog's along the beach, dressed in their short shorts and displaying mahogany coloured legs. Pity the average age was upwards of 70! After a bath....not had one of those in a while, we had a lovely breakfast on the windy terrace. We are heading down to Spain today...
