Went on a trip called the Heart of Neolithic Orkney . First we visited St Magnus cathedral and saw the grave of John Rae, a famous man from Orkney who when to Canada and charted land on the edge of the artic Ocean. He was vilified by Lady Franklin for reporting what been the fate of her husband's ship and crew which was trying to navigate the northwest passage.

In the afternoon we looked round Kirkwall and visited the cathedral where there was a flower festival.
