Back in Harness

Well that's me home a week today and getting back into the swing of things! My plans to process my trip and impart some words of wisdom to finish off my Camino have proved easier to say that to do.

While I feel like a soundtrack of my many experiences is still running in the back of my mind making any sense of them other than a feeling of fulfillment and thanks for the opportunites to reflect, challenge myself and meet incredible people is proving difficult. But however for what it is worth I have come to the conclusion for me that it was when I was able to step outside my comfort zone that growth development fun and some startling moments happened which I will never forget

I think it is only fair to finish with a warning though to all and sundry that if we should meet in the near future unless you want regaled at length about the joy of my Camino your probably best not to mention : feet, travel, wine, beer , the Iberian Peninsula ... actually your best bet is to not make eye contact and walk hurriedly by !!!
