Exploring Yellowstone

Another day at Yellowstone but we spent the majority of the day seeing the abundance of hot springs and geysers around the Old Faithful area. We enjoyed seeing the eruption of this famous geyser twice as well as the boardwalk that brought us around to other smaller geysers. After Old Faithful we continued along the bottom driving route of the park. We had a cookout in a picnic area and then as evening set in, we went on our drive to see more wildlife. Once again we saw elks and lots of bison, many of which were in the road causing quite the traffic jam. Robert also was able to see a wolf in the lens of a spotting scope belonging to the man standing next to us. Very impressive. We have now been to most of the areas in the park that are highlighted in the visitors guide and will be ready to head for Helena, Montana tomorrow to visit Ron and Karen Pare.Meer informatie
