Back in New England

We continued to put in long travel days as we work to make Saturday our day of arrival back home to Newport.So far, so good.....right on schedule. On Thursday the 10th we were west of Chicago and we were able to make it to western New York that night. We stayed at a small campground, nothing more that a site really, but it was fine to cook our last dinner on this trip. We left early on Friday morning, stopping in Albany at the RV store and then we cut across to Agawam, Massachusetts to see our good friends Charlie and Joanna. We had such a nice visit and dinner with them...another example of how we used this trip to connect with family and good friends whenever possible. Final leg home tomorrow...mixed blessing as this trip has surpassed all our expectations leaving us with lots of pictures and memories that we will cherish forever.Baca selengkapnya
