Pfeiffer beach

This beaches was a tiny bit off the main 101 road, and we did have to pay 10 dollars for parking, but it was worth it for me as it was really beautiful. I wanted to go to this beach because I read that it had purple sand, which did prove to be true - although it is not bright purple of course, but a light coating of purple sand on top of the normal one. We took some time to explore the rocks, me barefoot, Seamus in his new super grippy boating sneakers. There were lot of animals around and pretty views of course. Both on the way in an out we had to drive through a smallish river, and we chose to do it in the fastest possible speed (we did rent an suv after all) which covered all the front of the windows completely in water and was great fun.
