Camp Östbaken

This cabin is going to be hard to match as the tiniest for this trip. There is a bunk bed, but not enough room for two people to sit at the table, and one would have to be in bed while the other was doing any meal preparation.

I had hoped to stay a little further on, but couldn't get a response from the place listed, and the distance to the place after that deterred me from even attempting to get there.

This turned out to be a good compromise. The campsite is nothing special, with a fair bit of gravel and very little grass, but there is a shop close by, and the view over the lake is quite nice. So what I thought might not be a great choice wasn't so bad at all.Read more
