No visit to Trieste would feel complete without stopping at the illy Caffè Shop.
After all, Trieste is home to illycaffè and the famous Illy University. The store itself looked incredibly polished and luxurious, but the staff were wonderfully warm and welcoming — especially once they learned we had come all the way from Canada.
