Celebrity Solstice, Golf, Solstice again

Ring...ring... WhatsApp video call from Matthew, Tate and the girls brought us to wakefulness, and just in time to see our favourite cruise ship, the Celebrity Solstice sail into Port Chalmers, opposite us.

Golf at St Clair, on the cliff-tops, we were almost blown away.

In to Dunedin centre from shop window shopping and the iconic railway station, before Pauline decided she didn’t want to go down the coast road again (it IS a bit scary from the passenger seat), so we went back up the windy roads to the hotel.

Andrew went off to the Albatross centre, and saw plenty of seagulls, before camping out to see Celebrity Solstice sail out - and give two blasts on its horn.Læs mere
