Tanaka Farms, Irvine, Ca

I've been here a couple of time while visiting my brother and I really like it. They do seasonal farm tours in a tractor buggy vehicle. We did the featured Strawberry tour this time, which involved cruising around the farm sampling other fresh veggies (carrots, onions, green beans, etc) and then culminated in a huge strawberry patch where everyone had 15 minutes to pick and eat strawberries. The tour price wasn't cheap ($18pp) but I felt like it was a good value. A great way to get the kids outside and to see where food comes from. Kind of a disappearing experience.Leia mais
