Standford guest house

Ah, the Stanford guest house--I'm becoming quite fond of it. This is my third time here so I know the quirks and the treasures. The coffee machine is still a miracle, and the breakfast has good options. The fitness room is a shoebox of terrible, only to be used in emergencies. The rooms are small but each one has a fridge and a microwave, and the bed is comfortable. This time they were painting the exterior, so I had a view of a cherry-picker. I thought that project was going to be annoying, but after a couple days of cherry-picker and then plastic wrap on the window, it was fine. Couldn't smell the paint at all.Read more
