    This is the continuation of a big big day! From flowing ice to flowing water we are now seeing another waterfall and gorge. This one turned out to be one of my favorites despite almost wishing we could skip it from being so tired. It’s called Fjarðarárgliúfur canyon. It was giving strong how to train your dragon vibes and just was so majestic it was hard to truly take in. The waterfall was actually one of three all flowing into the same spot which added to the unbelievable majesty! We went back to the hotel before heading out for dinner. And got lucky to finally see horses close to the road with space to actually pull over. So much of Iceland roads are built up so they have no shoulder what-so-ever! Icelandic horses are their own breed for 100s of years and they are known for being friendly which was confirmed by these guys. So sweet even when we wanted to pet their faces and ears. We gave them dandelions from our side of the fence then made reluctant goodbyes to go get some food and AMAZING dessert!Læs mere
