England meinte es wirklich gut mit uns und auch heute spielt das Wetter mit. Wir machten uns also auf den Weg, Sonnenschein im Gepäck und los ging's. 🔆
Dort angekommen orientierten wir uns rasch und fuhren mit dem Bus die kurze Fahrt rauf zu Stonehenge.
Es ist wirklich beeindruckend, diese riesigen Steine dort oben zu sehen. Leider kann man nicht direkt "ganz nah" hin. Danach ging es wieder zurück - >Exit through the gift shop<.
Es gab noch eine Ausstellung / Museum zu Stonehenge und der möglichen Geschichte bzw Bedeutung. Dies war wirklich toll gemacht und durch eine Projektion des Steinrings hatten wir die Möglichkeit mittendrin zu stehen.

England is really kind to us and the weather is playing along today too. So we set off, sunshine in our luggage and off we go. 🔆
Once we got there, we took the shuttle bus for the short ride up to Stonehenge.
It is really impressive to see these huge stones up there. Unfortunately, you can't get "really close". Then we went back >Exit through the gift shop<.
There was also an exhibition/museum about Stonehenge and its possible history and significance. This was really well done and through a projection of the stone circle we had the opportunity to stand right in the middle of it.Baca selengkapnya
