Zpacks oder Achtung das wird jetzt ein dauer Lob.
Meinen Arc Haul der letztes Jahr neu bei Zpacks verfügbar war, habe ich mir im Oktober 2022 gleich gekauft für den NST.
Nun nach 400 km viel mir auf das der Griff anfing sich zu lösen (siehe Bilder 2-4). Ich habe dann Zpacks mit 2 Bilder im E-Mail Anhang angeschrieben und folgende Reaktion erhalten:

„…Thank you for checking in. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your Arc Haul Ultra 70L.

We are happy to get a replacement sent your way. Please provide us with an address 8-10 business days down the trail and we will get a package in the mail.
I will have an RMA inlcuded with the replacement for the return of your damaged pack. Unfortunately I am unable to send a return label internationally however if you could ship the pack to us at the lowest rate possible we can then refund you of the shipping when presented with a receipt….“

Und was soll ich sagen ich habe einen Nagel neuen Rucksack. Bei jedem deutschen Hersteller hätte ich mit Sicherheit diskutieren müssen das ich ihn überladen habe oder was weiß ich in der Handhabung falsch gemacht habe …. Die Wette gehe ich ein.

Leider wollte der Zoll noch sein Geld …

Als Zusatz: Mein Arc Blast 55L hat bei selber Ladung das klaglos mitgemacht - muss wirklich ein Produktionsfehler gewesen sein.Read more
