Antarctica day 1

After two days on the Drake Passage arrived in Antarctica.
Morning: Went mountaineering on Cuverville Island.
Afternoon: went on a zodiac (rubber motor boat) tour at Brown station / Paradise Bay.
Evening: camping overnight at Leith Cove, fell asleep to the sound of whales beneath us and woke up to the same! Slightly odd camping out somewhere that never gets dark.Weiterlesen
