• Montezuma Chocolate and Chill

    This morning started with Derry and Freya heading to Cabuya for a chocolate making experience and talk. We learned about the history of chocolate and its importance to the country. We ate a lot of chocolate and cacao nibs as well as some lovely cakes washed down with some cold chocolate milk.
    While we were doing this Dan and Melissa went to chill on the beach and went for brekky.
    In the afternoon everyone bar Derry headed to the beach for a relax and swim with Derry joining them after his nap in the hotel. The beach we went to had a freshwater stream running through it which was much nicer than the very rough and un-swimmable sea. Both Derry and Dans Christmas Hammocks had their first outing a prefect place to chill in the sun.
    We chilled on the beach for a few hours before heading back to soda Naranja for dinner. Freya had the best sea bass of her life!
