Trek to the Western Lost City

After checking out tonights campsite we headed to the Nelson River Ranger Station to get the padlock combination to enter the Western Lost City track.
We travelled through water crossings, grasslands, low level scrubland and areas full of melaleucas, acacias and gums. Mostly the track was okay for us.... apart from a few spots where the scrub and trees encroached on our path. Two hours later and after travelling only 30 km we arrived at the Lost City.Read more
