Miles to Northern Beaches of Mackay

Today was a big day. Tried to make up some time from our back tracking.

Awesome night at Miles as always and started the day with a coffee and bacon and egg roll. BP Miles breakfast was awesome as.

The flooded creeks we have seen over the last couple of days are fewer and we can feel the heat.

Was stuck behind a “wide load” today which took up the whole highway, two police cars in front of it to let oncoming traffic know. No photos and no idea what it was 😂 I feel like it was used in the mines.

Staying at Bucasia Beach Caravan which has a heap of mosquitoes 🦟
