Synchronized Supply Chain Planning sounds to boring, the account executive said, so I dug up the ‘Be water, my friend’ story with Slava, and did some silly King-Fu moves on stage. And in a way, silly always works. They laughed, they listened, and they would like to follow up on a deep dive workshop. Supply chain that is. I would have loved to once try out this contact exercise as a workshop warm-up. Still not brave enough for this.
