Chillin in Byron Bay

The house is amazing, open plan living incorporating a well designed outdoor space and pool. We thought we had the place to ourselves but came down to an 18 inch long lizard sunning himself on the decking. Had a lazy morning around the pool and then in to Byron for lunch. Byron is popular with backpackers so there are a lot of young people about giving the place a party atmosphere with buskers in the streets and live bands in most of the pubs. After a grazy lunch we walked along the beach and then back to the house where we all fell asleep. It clouded over later and we had some rain but it soon cleared and Ali and I went into town to get supper. I cooked Chicken Fajitas.
