Day 1 Dulles to Athens

We flew out of Dulles on 10/07 at 1:30pm. Took my longest flight to date, 9 hours and 55 minutes, to Istanbul. We had a 6 hour layover in Turkey with a final 55 minute flight into Athens. We were exhausted.
This was both our first time flying with Turkish Airlines and the whole experience was first class, from the warm hand towels, delicious multi course meal options to the complimentary Lacoste bag with connivence care items, blanket and pillow.

Finished the day with a nap and delicious meal at Omorphi Polis.Læs mere
