    Koh Kut (Kood)

    February 9, 2022 in Thailand ⋅ ⛅ 28 °C

So apparently it can get better... Although no one can agree on the correct spelling of Koh Kut, everyone agrees it has the best beaches in Thailand, and we tend to agree.
We left Koh Chang by wooden boat for the 3 hour journey south to the small Island of Koh Kood. White sand so soft you never want to put your shoes back on and palm tree lined beaches, pretty sure we're in Paradise.
We did the usual island activities, Kayaking, snorkeling, Scuba diving, stand-up paddle and lots of reading. We had mixed weather on the island, very sunny days and a some days with a bit of rain. However even after the rain, the water is still ridiculously warm: 31°C and we're happy to fall down from our SUP (stand up paddle) or get splashed in the kayak!
During the diving this time we saw a lot of different types of corals, at one time it almost resembled a little forest underwater.
We are now suitably relaxed and recharged ready to head back to some cities for our next adventure.
