    i) Vietnam has one of the highest street death rates, owing to the fact there are almost no regulations and a lot of motorbikes (car import taxes), which usually have entire families on them (We saw a teenage daughter around 15 driving her little brothers and mom around, on a moped).
ii) Car honks serve as substitute for missing regulation, traffic lights and lack of attentiveness when driving (honking every 10 seconds is pretty standard here).
iii) Vietnam has 54 minority tribes with their own languages and culture/dresses. The government slowly relocates them. Especially so the children go to school.
iv) If you are unsure how much something should cost, simply ask any local other than the person selling it to you (works in every country).
