Cusco

Cusco was the Inka capital and even after the Spanish conquered the city, it remains the hub of the Andes, only more churches now:)
When we visited, there was a huge parade of alumni of the local university. Drunk, singing men everywhere. In the end, we even made it up to the Inka fortress of Sacsayhuaman, quite a feat considering we woke up 3700 meters lowerWeiterlesen
