Wilbur Theater

After dinner we said goodbye for now to the Schuhs and headed to the Wilbur Theater for the 85 South live comedy podcast - Evan's request. While Chris and I were definitely not in the target demographic for the show, it was fun to experience something different and hear Evan say afterwards that his face hurt from laughing so much.

One of the things on our list of ideas that we hadn't gotten to was buying canoli in Little Italy. I found a 24 hour bakery (Bova's, established in 1932) and we stopped in on the way home. The lively atmosphere of that neighborhood on a summer Saturday night was worth the detour all by itself; the canoli were absolutely delicious but I think I enjoyed the 2 block walk to the bakery from the car even more.Read more
