Carisbrook Falls

This is our last day in Apollo Bay before we head to our next destination Port Fairy. We went for a drive and stopped at Carisbrook Falls. Phil bought out his Canon camera, he needs to hone in on his camera skills, it's been over a year since he has used it.

Carisbrook Falls his not the biggest or spectacular fall but it was pretty all the same. After some rain, I'm sure it would be different. The hike to the falls was relatively easy, even though it was uphill. The area around the falls is lush and vibrant, with a variety of plant and animal life. There is a bench at the top, offering visitors a chance to relax and enjoy the scenery. The sound of the falls and the chirping birds in the background make it peaceful and serene, there were some beautiful photo opportunities.Læs mere
