The Steppes Stones are monuments dedicated to those who share in the love and care of the Central Highlands of Tasmania. They are located about 30 minutes north of Bothwell on the Lakes Highway (Highland Lakes Road) near the Interlaken turnoff.
They are one of those places you find in the middle of nowhere, are delighted by them, and wonder why they are here on a lonely mountain highway.Read more
