Bundy Belle River Cruise

Last day in Bundaberg. This afternoon, we all went on the Bundy Belle Burnett River Cruise for Kat's birthday. After the cruise, we headed to the Spotted Dog restaurant for dinner.

Our afternoon on the Bundy Belle was very pleasant. We were entertained with some local music. Dale, the boat captain, gave a commentary on the history of the river and the buildings along the banks, including the Australian Aborigines and early settlers, all interspersed with the occasional joke.

We were offered light refreshments, which were included in the price. We had tea or coffee, along with biscuits and a lamington cake. Yum!Read more
