Barkly Homestead

Barkley Homestead, the first and last pub in the Northern Territory, was our first stopover on our way to Ayers Rock Resort. What a lovely oasis in the middle of nowhere!

This place has a great bar and beer garden, service station, café, souvenir shop, and art gallery. A few pet birds and a couple of giant sparring goannas are out front. It was a very pleasant stay.Read more
