    Mount Canobolas, a mountain on a spur of the Great Dividing Range, is near the town of Orange in the Central Tablelands region of New South Wales, Australia.

    With an elevation of 1,390 metres above sea level, Mount Canobolas, an extinct volcano, is the highest mountain in the region.

    Lake Canobolas is a man-made reservoir located near Orange. Completed in the early 1900s, it supplied water to Orange between 1918 and 1957 and has been used for recreation since the 1970s.
