Day 2 Grenouillier

So next up was just outside Gout Rossignol to Grenouillier.
Pulled into an open piece of land as a car park and then walked back to the rear of the house. Before entering we went for a little walk of the outside which was approximately 2 acres - backing onto farm land. Inside immediately it was bright and warm with a lovely feel to it. Downstairs was a kitchen dining room, bathroom, lounge, second lounge area, utility room with shower room and stairs to a bedroom. Stairs in hallway, led upstairs to two double bedrooms. Hallway also led into garage/small barn with its own upstairs capable of being made into rooms. Apparently from upstairs in the main house was covered access into the loft area which again could be further room space.
Bearing in mind this trip was just to see what sort of properties were out there and also get an idea of the areas a little better - this property unfortunately ticked a lot of the boxes we wanted, which then tugged at us more than just a little. Space for a swimming pool and numerous other outside projects.
The house was full of the owners and currents tenants belongings and even with all of this felt huge.Weiterlesen
