Day 2 La Marteille

Last one of the day was in La Marteille. Drove into an enclosed courtyard with a barn on one side and the house on the other side. Inside immediately felt dark and very claustrophobic. The place itself was actually fine but definitely not one we would be interested in. Downstairs was a kitchen diner and a lounge. Upstairs were three bedrooms and a bathroom. The barn opposite was huge but was a very old barn in need of a lot of work to make anything of it. The only real selling point was a pool which looked in a good state.
So ended on a low when compared to house 2 but that’s how it goes.
So departed and made our way to the guest house we had waiting for the night - hopefully no bunk bed for Lissy!Lue lisää
