Day 3 Thiviers

So up and out - off to Thiviers for their market which is held on a Saturday. Well known in the area as a busy well attended market. Only downside was, it had rained early morning and we still had Misty light rain when we arrived. So the market wasn’t quite as lively as we had expected. Still a good number of mainly food stalls, fab vegetables all locally sourced and fresh. Cheese, meats and duck - foie gras de canard.
After a walk around the stalls and nearby streets - a quick little grand crème and a couple chocolate chaud before setting off again.Read more
