The woman who set up the tour for me in the office provided excellent service. Our guide, Bobby was fantastic and his English was clear. He provided all kinds of interesting info about the good work your company is doing in general and also details pertaining to Chok Chai. Elephants are beautiful but kind of scary and I felt safe with him guiding us. The Mahouts did a great job too. Lunch was tasty. Our driver was punctual to the minute.
My only suggestion is to tell us white folks to bring something for shade - an umbrella or shade cloth. We were roasting in the sun but didn't want to come in.
