Along the Saone

Waking up to a green bubble of fresh dew and chill breeze, i thought once again my thanks to experience the basic pleasure of nature. This did mean having to pack up my things rather wet.

I cycled to Gray, a lovely town with a history that I didn't take the time to explore. A nice warm meal and a coffee later, I set off cycling along the Saone river. Today the rain was light but the air got heavy with moisture. I stopped for the night at a tranquil spot by the river.Read more
