Grand canyon day

Started for helicopter ride but were 1 hr early. Instead went to Starbucks. Went back to Papillion helicopters for the ride over Grand Canyon. It was magnificent view and experience.! Then went inside the park using Prisha' s 4th grade free pass. Started raining, so went to El Tovar restaurant but were early so did tp at the gift shops. Then at 11am we were sorted for lunch. Yummy food... French onion soup, clam chowder, halibut sandwich, hamburger, fettuccine Alfredo
After lunch decided to check out bright angel trail. Walked around taking pics and checking out gift shops-- Hopi house
Took the park shuttle together the hermit rest loop done in 80mins. Got down at Powell point , walked to hopi point for the shuttle. Missed the shuttle, next shuttle was full .. walked to Mojave point, after a few full shuttle, took the shuttle back to the "village" - didn't go all the way to hermit rest.
